About the project

Lily Combs is a photographer, journalist and overall storyteller.

​

Combs will be graduating from NAU in May with a degree in photography and journalism. Throughout her years at NAU, Combs has operated a photography portrait business, worked as an assistant editor for the features section of The Lumberjack and wrote for the Flag Live section of the Arizona Daily Sun. During her summers in Phoenix, she has been an intern with Hope Church mentoring youth.

 

After graduation, Combs desires to work with a nonprofit humanitarian organization capturing its work and sharing its mission through multimedia journalism.
